Computer Upgrade Wednesday 5th April 2023

Ravenswood Surgery is having a major computer upgrade on Wednesday, 5th April 2023.  We will be operating on an emergency only basis as we will have no access to patients’ medical records. We will be unable to process any prescription requests on this day. Please do not call the surgery for routine appointments.  Thank you for your co-operation.
