We are here to help you get the care you need

Face to face and telephone consultation appointments are available to book up to two weeks in advance

In some circumstances, such as new skin lesion or rash, you may be asked to securely send a photo to help us decide what kind of appointment is most suitable

Please be aware for problems with your teeth or gums you should contact your Dentist, for your eyes, the Optician and for foot problems, you should contact Podiatry on 0141 347 8909

Your local pharmacist can also assist you with many minor ailments

Our repeat prescription line is changing to an automated answer machine service from Monday, 3rd June 2024.   You can call the repeat prescription number on 01505 327497 24hrs a day.  Please ensure you leave your personal contact details and speak clearly for each medication you require along with a designated pharmacy for collection.  You can also order your repeat prescriptions online using Patient Access, please ask the Receptionist how to register for this.  Please allow at least 72 hours before collecting your prescription

Results will be given out after 2pm daily

All information you give us is confidential and helps us to assist you

Face Coverings are no longer mandatory in Healthcare settings but you may be asked to wear one if attending with a respiratory infection

Please be aware we will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards our staff

The Receptionist will ask you for some brief information to help direct you to the most appropriate Clinician when you call
