Repeat Medication
If you are on regular medication, your doctor may not need to see you each time you require more tablets.
They will give you a repeat prescription instead. The easiest way to order repeat medication is through Patient Access if you have not already signed up for this please ask the next time you are in surgery. You can also post your request in the box located in reception. If you are not able to collect your prescription, please send a stamped addressed envelope with it.
Our Repeat Prescription Line is changing from Monday, 3rd June 2024. The telephone number is still the same, 01505 327497 but you will now be connected to an automated answering service. Please ensure you speak clearly, leaving your personal contact details, medication required and the pharmacy you wish to collect your medication from. Please allow at least 72 hours for us to process your request.
The surgery operates a prescription collection service with various local chemists – please ask your pharmacy of choice for details.
Please allow at least 72 hours before going to the chemist to collect your prescription.
