Access to Records

Patients can request a copy of their own written and computer records.

If you require a copy of your record please put your request in writing to the Surgery detailing if you wish your whole records or specific letters.  This service is provided by iGPR who will email a copy of your records to you within 28 days of your request.  Please provide an email address in your written request to allow this action.   Access to medical records for people outside the health care team (or those involved in the patient’s clinical care) is only given with the patient’s express written permission.
